What do we do?
In our Pre-Kindergarten program, we will focus on learning how to be successful for ourselves and with our peers. We learn to respect and value ourselves and each other. We experience learning that we will master later in Pre-K 4 and in Kindergarten. Some activities are done as a group and some are done in “centers” so I am able to work with each child as much as possible to develop these skills. In January and again at the end of the school year, students receive a progress report on how they are developing throughout the school year. I collect information and work from the students throughout the school year as well as document their progress through a development test.
What kinds of things do we learn?
God and our basic prayers
Counting
Colors and shapes
Numbers
Working well with others
Letter and name recognition
and much, much more!!

We want to form genuine, caring relationships with the children, so they will trust us and will work hard to follow school rules, as well as classroom rules and expectations.
